This project was done in a five-person group as part of University of Washington's User Centered Design Certificate program. We chose this site to redesign using a practical approach to user-centered web design based on their non-profit status and general need. We started with user research, which included user and stakeholder interviews, an online survey, two online card sorts and web analytics. My specific involvement included web analytics, online card sort, information architecture, interactive wireframes, wireframe usability testing, hi-fidelity mock-ups, final artwork, redline specs and creative direction.
